Orders

When will my order arrive?

The Printed Paw orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. When your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your package. You can also download the Shop app to get the latest tracking updates on your order.

Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

You will have 1 hour after your order is placed to edit or cancel it by emailing us at support@theprintedpaw.com. After that time has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

What happens if my order is lost, stolen or damaged?

Please send an email to support@theprintedpaw.com so we can address your issue. For damaged items, please include a photo of the defective product.

What if my order is tracked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Here are a few things you can do:

  • Check any discreet locations where it may be hidden or ask a neighbor or roommate if they’re keeping it safe for you.
  • Wait a few days; it’s possible the package is still on its way and your delivery person marked it as delivered a few days early.
  • If you still can't find your package, double-check the order’s shipping address to ensure it is the correct address.
  • If your package is shown as delivered and still hasn’t arrived after ten days, email us at support@theprintedpaw.com.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

In certain cases, the carrier can take an additional 1-2 business days to register your shipment after the processing period. If your tracking number isn’t available or working after this time, please email us at support@theprintedpaw.com.

How can I get free shipping?

You can enjoy free shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on orders of $35 or more!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping. However, this may change in the future.

Can I return my customized product?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each item is made to order, specifically customized to your preferences, making it difficult to resell. Please ensure that all details, including colors, names, and sizes, are correct before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact support@theprintedpaw.com for assistance.

Can I change my shipping address?

You will have 1 hour after your order is placed to change your shipping address by emailing us at support@theprintedpaw.com. After that time has passed, you will no longer be able to change your address.

What materials are used in your products?

Our products are crafted using PLA (polylactic acid), a type of plastic derived from renewable sources like corn starch or sugar cane. This makes PLA a non-toxic and biodegradable material.

Are the products safe for pets?

PLA (polylactic acid) is a safe and non-toxic material for pets. It is commonly used in 3D printing and is considered food-safe. However, as with all things plastic, it can still pose a choking hazard or become a bowel obstruction if ingested by pets.

How should I care for and clean my product?

To clean your products, use cold water and a mild soap. Gently wash the product with your hands, avoiding harsh scrubbing or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove any soap residue. Avoid using hot water or placing the product in the dishwasher, as this can damage the PLA material.
