Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) shipping on orders over $35.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently do not offer international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and is not a personalized item. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@theprintedpaw.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
